WHO WE ARE
We are a leading firm of Chartered Valuation Surveyors and Property Managers established by Adrian Windridge in 1991 and specialising in residential properties. Adrian is professionally qualified with over 30 years experience in residential property and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. Charles Wilcock who is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, joined the company in 2003, bringing a wealth of experience in the West Cumbria housing market. We were the first agents in Cumbria to become members of the National Approved Letting Scheme, a Government backed initiative designed to raise standards in residential property management.  

WHERE WE ARE
Our offices at Whitehaven and Cockermouth occupy prominent positions and are run by staff who are experienced in dealing with residential properties.  We cover the whole of Cumbria but are particularly strong in the west of the county.

WHAT WE DO
We offer a comprehensive range of services for existing and prospective owners and landlords of residential properties. Our aim is to provide a high quality personal service tailor made to the needs of each individual client. We offer specialist advice backed up by access to expert legal help and the support provided by membership of the leading professional bodies involved in property. We currently handle a portfolio of over 300 properties on behalf of landlords and this is growing steadily. Our survey and valuation work includes acting for a number of major lenders, local housing associations and of course private individuals.
