Our Buy to Let services include the following;

  • Property Appraisals with advice on anticipated rent.
  • Professional Valuations & Surveys for your own peace of mind and loan purposes.
  • Furnishing and preparing properties for letting.

Our fees are:

Appraisals - From £40.00 per property

Valuations - From £125.00 per property

Surveys - From £300.00 per property

Property Preparation - 10% of the cost of the work (minimum £50.00)

All fees are subject to VAT at the current rate

New Services
Caretaking - Owners of holiday homes or second homes (and absentee owners) will be only too aware that they need someone to keep an eye on their property. Depending on the location, some insurers may refuse to cover the property if it is not inspected regularly.
