Professional Valuations

We can provide market valuations for a variety of purposes including pre-purchase, probate, matrimonial and sale.  It is a limited check on the property and will not cover the condition of the property structure in any detail.

Home Buyers Survey and Valuation

This report, also know as a Homebuyers Report, provides purchasers with information on significant defects and is most suitable for conventional properties built in the last 150 years.  It focuses on urgent matters needing attention and includes a valuation.

Insurance Re-Building Cost Assessments

We can provide an estimate of the current cost to re-build the property so that insurance cover can be kept up to date.  This assessment is particularly useful if alterations have been made to the property e.g. extensions, since the last assessment was made.
