PLEASE REMEMBER
- A Letsure Comprehensive Tenant Search Questionnaire must be completed to allow us to obtain satisfactory references.
- We make a non-refundable Administration Charge of £90 for the first applicant and £45 for each additional applicant (inclusive of VAT)
- A deposit (usually equivalent to approximately six weeks rent but please ask for more details) must be paid before the tenancy starts.
- The first months rent must be paid in advance.
- If there is insufficient time for cheque clearance or bank transfer before the tenancy starts, we will require payment in cash.
- All tenancies will be Assured Shortholds for a minimum of 6 months unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Properties are available on an "as seen" basis (unless otherwise agreed in advance).
- Tenants will be responsible for payment of charges relating to Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, TV Licence and Telephone (unless otherwise agreed in advance).
- Pets will only be allowed by special arrangement.
- Applicants who will be on Housing Benefit may be considered for some properties subject to a satisfactory Pre Tenancy Determination.
- The landlord is under no legal commitment to let the property until a tenancy agreement has been signed.
- All tenants are strongly advised to seek independent advice before entering into a legally binding tenancy agreement.
